Daan Slütter, from the Netherlands, has been playing poker for about a year and a half. In that time, Daan has already placed first in a MANSION Poker $100,000 Guaranteed tournament, his biggest victory to date. The student was “totally happy” to have qualified for the World Series Main Event and to celebrate, he called his friends and “went to the city to drink a lot of beer”. Daan enjoys the challenge that poker presents and of course, likes the fact that it’s a great way to win money. Daan plays in both live and online ring games, with six handed No Limit Texas Holdem cash games being his game of choice. Daan loves football, poker and partying. Let’s hope there will be plenty of reasons to celebrate after Daan makes his inaugural debut at this year’s World Series Main Event.
