Jostein Pettersen, the self-confessed poker addict, has been playing the game for close to seven years. Most of that time was spent in online tournaments although recently, Jostein has crossed over to live games. The Norwegian has had some success, both in online and offline tournaments including placing 2nd in the 2007 Tony G Festival in Vilnius. A wave of disbelief accompanied Jostein after his freerolll win at Wingows Poker and once he finally came to terms with his victory, he hurriedly called his family and friends to tell them the good news, despite the fact that it was 1am in the morning. The website manager loves two things; poker and travelling. So, the opportunity to travel to Las Vegas and play in the World Series of Poker Main Event is certainly a dream come true. We are pleased to have Jostein as part of Team PokerNews and wish him all the best at the WSOP.
