After a full 12 hours in the Amazon Room today, Greg Mueller has claimed the World Championship crown in Limit Hold'em. He beat a field including Phils Ivey and Hellmuth, Brunsons Todd and Doyle, and of course Jennifer Harman, who wrote the book on this game, to take first place money as well as the coveted bracelet. Eagerly railed by a keen army of friends and supporters hollering Mueller's war cry, "Sui!" around the card room for the whole day, the enthusiasm of the rail seemed to propel him forward through an absolute rollercoaster of a final table, where everyone had their turn at being chip leader. Nonetheless it was Mueller who lasted the longest, and he fully deserves his brand new World Championship bracelet.
