    And That's a Wrap

    Folks, we are done for the night.

    136 runners evaporated into just 14, with Chad Brown currently in the lead and looking in excellent shape to make his second final table this Series and have himself another shot at a bracelet.

    We were meant to reconvene at 1pm, but the players have begged a 2pm restart -- something about Matt Savage having to play golf in the morning...

    Either way, join us at 2pm when we'll be in the Amazon Room, ready to play down to just one glorious winner.

    Sklar Has COME BACK!!!

    Sklar has indeed "COME BACK!!!" as he earlier promised -- he's just chopped a pot with Allie Prescott to put him up to 130,000. Prescott, incidentally, is now up to 205,000.

    Prescott: {9-Spades} {2-Spades} {6-Clubs} {3-Hearts} ({7-Clubs} {8-Diamonds} {9-Diamonds}) for the low
    Sklar: {4-Spades} {9-Hearts} {5-Diamonds} {J-Clubs} ({A-Diamonds} {A-Clubs} {9-Clubs})

    Jared Davis Busted in 15th Place ($5,864)

    ...And just like that, out he went. No recovering from that kind of micro-stack at this stage.

    Kohler Comes Back for More

    Jared Davis made a recovery up to 60,000, but now he's been absolutely crippled down to 4,500 by, once again, William Kohler. Full house over full house. Ouch.

    Kohler: {9-Hearts} {A-Clubs} {7-Clubs} {8-Diamonds} ({A-Hearts} {7-Diamonds} {A-Diamonds})
    Jared Davis: {6-Diamonds} {3-Spades} {3-Hearts} {5-Spades} ({3-Diamonds} {8-?} {8-?})

    Kohler May or May Not Have Quads

    Matt Savage, William Kohler and Jared Davis all made it to fifth street, and Savage bet. Kohler raised and Kohler called, a pair of fives showing; Savage tanked for a while but then folded.

    Kohler was dealt another five on sixth street. "Ohhh, now I have quads," he announced, and bet. Shaking his head, Davis folded, leaving himself on just 30,000.

    Savage: {2-Clubs} {10-Spades} {6-Diamonds} -- fold
    Kohler: {5-Diamonds} {5-Spades} {8-Hearts} {5-Clubs}
    Davis: {3-Spades} {3-Diamonds} {J-Hearts} {4-Hearts}

    Derek Raymond Busto in 16th Place ($5,864)

    Indeed, no more bracelets this week for young Derek Raymond, as he's bust in a very respectable 16th place.

    We missed the action, alas, but Jose Paz and David Halpern chopped the pot and sent Mr. Raymond to the rail.

    Martin Ohde Eliminated in 17th Place ($4,487)

    It's all Ohde for Martin Ohde -- a raising war saw the betting capped on third and Ohde all in on fourth street. Mike Krescanko and Christian Toboc were both in, but Krescanko eventually passed to continued betting from Toboc, and they were heads up to showdown.

    Ohde: {2-Spades} {J-Clubs} {9-Spades} {8-Diamonds} ({3-Hearts} {8-Clubs} {2-Hearts})
    Toboc: {K-Spades} {A-Clubs} {10-Diamonds} {3-Diamonds} ({K-Clubs} {K-Diamonds} {10-Spades})

    "Two pair," said Ohde half-heartedly, and made his exit.

    Tim Vance Busts Out in 18th Place ($4,487)

    Tim Vance got his shrapnel in and both both Matt Savage and Christian Toboc called.

    Savage managed to get his last in on sixth street as well, and Toboc called that too. Showdown.

    Vance: {3-Spades} {Q-Hearts} {4-Clubs} {10-Diamonds} (mucked)
    Savage: {J-Hearts} {5-Spades} {A-Hearts} {K-Hearts} ({A-Diamonds} {K-Clubs} {3-Hearts}) for two pair
    Toboc: {2-Diamonds} {4-Spades} {6-Diamonds} {Q-Diamonds} ({7-Spades} {4-Diamonds} {6-Spades}) for a smaller two pair

    Vance is busto in 18th place, and Savage continues his recovery -- up to 55,000 after that hand.

    Savage has since won another pot, to put him up over 90,000.
