Wynn Las Vegas and Encore are known for their fine and casual dining experiences, premier shopping and two Forbes Five Star award-winning spas. Of course, Steve Wynn did not fail to bring one more piece of luxury to the table — a poker room as well-appointed as it is action-packed.
The Wynn Poker Room is conveniently located next to Wynn’s 111,000 square-foot casino and features 26 non-smoking tables and plush seating. Players can expect to try their hand at no-limit hold’em, limit hold’em, Omaha eight-or-better, seven-card stud, pot-limit Omaha and mixed-game combinations with limits ranging from $1/$3 to $100/$200 and higher.
Beginning October 11, 2013 and running through October 29, the highly-anticipated Wynn Fall Classic will be taking place. The series will feature nearly $1,000,000 in guaranteed prize pools across 11 total events. The buy-ins range from $300+30 to $1,500+100 for the No-Limit Hold’em Championship Event and the schedule includes hold'em, Omaha, and open-face Chinese. Players that would like to compete in the Wynn Fall Classic are encouraged to register early to avoid being placed on an alternate’s list.
“Our reputation as a first class tournament destination is undeniable, which is why we attract some of the best players from all over the world,” said Tournament Director Gary Hager. “We offer the most competitive rake structure and guaranteed prize pools in Las Vegas, which makes the Wynn Summer Classic among the most highly anticipated poker tournaments.” If unparalleled luxury and action are what you expect from Las Vegas, Wynn and Encore will not disappoint.
