The World Series of Poker (WSOP) is right around the corner, and our friends at 888poker want to give you a chance to pack your bags to Las Vegas to play in a side event for free!

Every Thursday in May, at 7:05 p.m. GMT, 888poker is hosting a PokerNews-exclusive freeroll where the top 10 finishers will get to compete in the PN WSOP Vegas 2014 Side Event Qualifier at 7:05 p.m. GMT on Sunday, May 25. The winner of the Side Event Qualifier will win a $4,500 WSOP package!

Registration for the freerolls will open 48 hours before each one begins. Be sure to check back to this page for the passwords after each tournament is open for registration.

Where do I find these tournaments and what can I win?

These tournaments can be found in the 888poker tournament lobby under the private tab listed as PN WSOP Vegas 2014 Weekly Freeroll. Be one of the top 10 finishers, and you can compete for a luxurious WSOP side events page that includes the following:

• Six nights (June 30 - July 6) accommodation at the Palazzo Hotel Las Vegas
• $1,500 buy-in for Event #60 – a no-limit hold’em tournament
• $1,500 for travel expenses (paid directly into your 888poker account)
• A special July 4th celebration
• Exclusive 888live poker merchandise

How do I get involved?

Getting involved in this promotion is quite easy and something anyone can do. Just download 888poker through our links and make a deposit and you will automatically be eligible for this promotion!

We didn't forget about you if you already are playing on 888poker. If you have already created an account at 888poker through PokerNews you are also automatically eligible.

If you are not a fan of freerolls and just want to hop into the final tournament which awards the package, we have great news for you. You can directly enter into this qualifier for $22 (registration opens on May 22nd at 11:55 GMT) which is something just about every poker player that has a dream to play in Las Vegas in style can afford!

• The PN WSOP Vegas 2014 Weekly Freerolls takes place at 7:05pm GMT every Thursday in May and must have at least 30 players to run.
• Freerolls reward 10 seats into the PN WSOP Vegas 2014 Side Event Qualifier taking place at 7:05 GMT on May 25, 2014.
• Registration will open 48 hours before each freeroll takes place. Passwords will be published after registration is open.
• The PN WSOP Vegas 2014 Side Event Qualifier awards one WSOP Side Events package valued at $4,500.
• Both the PN WSOP Vegas 2014 Weekly Freerolls and the PN WSOP Vegas 2014 Side Event Qualifier are only open to new and existing customers that have downloaded 888poker through our links and have made at least one deposit.
• 888poker players who have signed up for their account via PokerNews links are also eligible to compete in the PN WSOP Vegas 2014 Side Event Qualifier provided they pay the $22 entry fee. Direct buy-in registration opens on May 22nd at 11:55 GMT.
