• During the WSOP Las Vegas 2015 Main Event, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced by the tournament organizers which may include disqualification. If an 888poker ambassador or qualifier is penalized or disqualified at the WSOP Las Vegas 2015 Main Event as a result of an infraction of the rules set forth by the tournament organizers, then 888poker assumes no responsibility or liability for the ambassador or qualifier’s entry into the event and no refund will be provided.
• By entering the 888poker WSOP Las Vegas 2015 Tournament each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the Qualifier and the awarding of the prizes.
• All 888poker fraud and collusion rules apply. Any fraudulent activity will result in the winner being stripped of their prize and additional actions being taken by 888poker Fraud Department up to and including the termination of the member’s account with 888poker.
• Winners of the Prize packages are solely responsible for ensuring that their travel documents are up to date and that any visa needed to travel is obtained. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for winners being unable to travel due to lack of appropriate travel documents.
• 888poker is not responsible for changing flights, accommodation and anything else relating to the itinerary after the winner has chosen his travel arrangements.
• Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time.
• These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.
• 888poker reserves the right to cancel/withdraw invitations to, or the participation in, live events, without monetary compensation, if the account is currently under any investigation or closed/blocked.
