Le Flips Out

Level 21 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Nam Le - out
Nam Le - out

A couple hands ago, Nam Le opened with a raise under the gun, and Kent Padgett three-bet shoved on him. Le spent a long while in the tank before folding, and Padgett smacked his unlit cigar between his lips as he stacked up the pot.

Three hands later, Padgett opened to 25,000 in early position, and Le three-bet shoved from the button. He had about 130,000 chips left, and Padgett made the call with {K-Clubs} {Q-Clubs} for most of his own chips, too. Le was racing with {7-Clubs} {7-Spades}, but the board ran {5-Spades} {8-Diamonds} {K-Hearts} {A-Spades} {9-Clubs} to send him on his way.

Padgett is up to about 280,000 now.
