PokerStars has just given PokerNews players nine extra chances to go to Australia for free with the addition of $45,000 in PokerNews Cup freerolls. There are only three freerolls remaining in this series at PokerStars; qualifications open this Saturday and continue through to the end of September; which leaves plenty of time for players to ensure their eligibility for one massive $25,000 and two $10,000 PokerNews Cup Freerolls.
The 2007 PokerNews Cup Australia kicks off in Melbourne in October with six championship events to be played over nine days, including the AUD$3000 PokerNews Cup Australia Main Event. The Crown Casino will host this fantastic tournament and PokerNews has partnered with some of the best online poker rooms to give away over ninety $5000 PokerNews Cup Australia packages through these impressive freerolls.
Every PokerNews Cup Australia Freeroll winner will receive a $5000 prize package that consists of entry to the PokerNews Cup Australia Main Event (valued at AUD$3000), six nights accommodation at the Crown Promenade Hotel and $1500 cash for travel and expenses. In addition, winners will also become members of Team PokerNews, which means entry to exclusive team functions and top Team PokerNews merchandise.
