Win a $6,100 Package to WPT Prague

The World Poker Tour (WPT) returns to Prague in December and you could be heading there with a WPT Prague package worth $6,100.

Running from Oct.14 through Dec. 8 are number of online satellites that will see at least one players win a $6,100 package every week. Every Sunday at 2:25 p.m. ET, partypoker hosts a WPT Prague Satellite that costs $305+$25 to enter and guarantees at least one WPT Prague package. For every $6,100 in the prize pool, another WPT Prague package is awarded. Each package consists of:

  • $4,360 buy-in to the WPT Prague Main Event
  • Six nights' accommodation
  • $800 spending money

The WPT Prague Main Event takes place between Dec. 15-21 and should be one of the bigger European WPT stops, especially when you consider there are three starting flights available. Last season's Prague Main Event attracted 567 players who created a €1,683,900 ($2,188,563) prize pool. The largest share of that prize money is in the bank account of Poland's Marcin Wydrowski, Season 11's WPT Prague champion.

Away from the poker action, Prague is one of the most picturesque cities in the world and is even more beautiful during the winter months. Win a package and take a loved one with you and enjoy a perfect winter break, one that could see you win a potentially life-changing sum of money.

This Week's $200K Guaranteed Sunday Ends in a Two-Way Chop

partypoker's flagship tournament, the $200K Guaranteed Sunday, attracted 1,169 players this week, meaning the guarantee was surpassed by some $33,800. Some big names navigated their way through to the money places including the ever-dangerous Matt Kay, British pro Rick Trigg and the 2011 Aussie Millions Main Event runner-up James Keys.

Although the latest $200K Guaranteed Sunday champion did not have the most welcoming alias we have ever seen, Hope_U_DIE_69 played aggressively throughout the 10-handed final table and ran out a worthy winner.
