3 Months, 5 Freerolls and $50,000 Up For Grabs Only For PokerNews Players. Are You In?

PokerStars Promo August

As July kicks in, it's again that time of the year when we need to warn you that – yes, if you don't have an account at PokerStars yet, you are probably doing it wrong.

Because - besides being generally considered to be (probably) the world's best poker site, and also (quite certainly) to have the most comprehensive offer of poker games available online, PokerStars is also recognized to be the most generous poker site out there.

And today we are here to explain you why it is so.

3 months, 5 freerolls, $50,000 up for grabs

Whether you are already playing on PokerStars or not, the room is offering you a great chance at some handy free money, with a series of 5 different $10,000 freeroll tournaments open exclusively to those who joined it from PokerNews.

The journey to the $50,000 total prize pool starts with three different $10k events scheduled for August 6, at 19:00 GMT, that are open both to new and existing players who will have managed to earn themselves a ticket during July.

The first three tournaments, which are named "PokerNews $10k Triples", are already available from PokerStars client, and can be found with the info below:

Not too bad, right?

How to qualify to the $10,000 freeroll

If you think you may be interested to join any of the $10,000 freeroll tournaments and you also feel you may have what it takes to beat your opponents – well, just go ahead and keep reading. As we are going to give you a whole month to play your games and meet some of the easiest requirements a poker room has ever set for a promotion like this one.

1. If you have already opened an account on PokerStars from PokerNews, all you are requested to do in order to get the tickets you need to join the freerolls is to…keep playing your games as usual.

Rather than confusing you with some complicated requirements, PokerStars has chosen to tie the freeroll to the amount of VPPs generated during a month – so, if you want to join the events in August, here's what you have to do:

  • Earn 100 VPPs between July 1 – July 31 and you will be given a ticket for the PokerNews $10k Triples 1 tournament;
  • Earn 150 VPPs between July 1 – July 31 and you will be given a ticket for the PokerNews $10k Triples 1 tournament and the PokerNews $10k Triples 2;
  • Earn 200 VPPs between July 1 – July 31 and you will be given a ticket for all the three different PokerNews-exclusive $10,000 Triple freerolls.

Similarly, in order to join the $10,000 freeroll scheduled for September and October, you will have to earn 100 VPPs during the month of August and September respectively.

2. If you don't have a PokerStars account yet, things are even easier. Simply open an account through PokerNews, use our marketing code POKERNEWS.COM at the signup, and make at least one deposit between July 1 – 31 – this way you will immediately be awarded with three different tickets to participate to all three tournament in August!

So, what are you waiting for? Get yourself an account on PokerStars right now, play as much as you can during the month of July and get ready to enjoy the three fantastic $10,000 freerolls planned for August available exclusively for PokerNews players!
