Throwback Thursday: The Job of a November Nine Rail

With the advent of live streaming Final Table coverage, the job of a railbird has evolved from being a drunk and supportive friend to being a key part of team. The rails of November Nine players for years have been combing though coverage to relay to their favorite player the hands that have transpired and the holdings of their opponents.

With the 2016 World Series of Poker Main Event Final Table kicking of this weekend, the players are certainly choosing their rail wisely. Here is a look at a video from the 2015 Main Event where Jeff Gross and Aaron Steinberg discuss their duties on the rail.
