Julien Sitbon Wins the partypoker MILLIONS Online #16 Warm Up ($75,134)

The MILLIONS Online crowned four new winners at partypoker including Julien Sitbon, Espen Uhlen Jorstad, Mitchell Blanchard, and Torbin Winther Sorensen.

Julien Sitbon Wins the MILLIONS Online #16 Warm Up ($75,134)

The MILLIONS Online #16 boasted a $1,050 buy-in along with a generous $500,000 guaranteed prize pool. A total of 619 entrants came out in full force during the events three opening flights to generate a $619,000 prize pool to smash the guarantee.

A smaller field of 92 players came back for Sunday's Day 2, each guaranteed at least a min-cash of $1,137 in addition to any bounties collected along the way.

After a little more than nine hours of play, French poker pro Julien Sitbon, who was waving the Union Jack flag at partypoker, came out on top to win the $42,609 top prize along with $32,525 in bounties to collect a grand total of $75,134.

Sitbon bested Matthew Eardley (second - $56,783) in heads-up play with Matias Federico Gabrenja (third - $39,898) also finishing on the podium.

Others at the final table were Vitalii Pankov, (fourth - $29,741), Joseph Lalor (fifth - $25,800), Andres Korn (sixth - $17,623), David Coleman (seventh - $11,577), Daniel Smyth (eighth = $13,887), and Theo Arnoldi (ninth - $6,772).

In other news, Norwegian poker pro living in the United Kingdom Espen Uhlen Jorstad managed a big haul in the mini-version of this event featuring a $109 buy-in and a $267,100 after shipping this event for $15,635 in prize money in addition to $11,157 in bounties to bank a grand total of $26,792.

Mitchell Blanchard Wins the MILLIONS Online #17 High Roller Turbo ($47,327)

Stephen O'Dwyer finished in second place.

The MILLIONS Online #17 High Roller Turbo was a one day event featuring a $2,100 buy-in that took slightly more than 5 1/2 hours of play from start to finish on Sunday evening.

The tournament attracted 86 entrants to generate a $172,000 prize pool to crush the $100,000 guarantee slapped onto this event.

Mitchell Blanchard bested Stephen O'Dwyer in heads-up play to win the $47,237 top prize. O'Dwyer walked away with a nice consolation prize of $30,269, while Luc Greenwood was also on the podium with a third-place finish valued at $20,657.

Ivan Zufic (fourth - $14,611), Steven Clark (fifth - $10,751), Phillip Mighall (sixth - $8,386), and Kevin MacDonald (seventh - $6,912) were among the earlier casualties at the final table.

In related news, Torbin Winther Sorensen shipped the mini-version of this event featuring a $215 buy-in and a $49,200 prize pool for the $9,430 top prize.

MILLIONS Online #18 Second Chance Begins Tonight

Another winner will be crowned in the MILLIONS Online at partypoker on Monday, March 1 with the one-day MILLIONS Online #18 Second Chance kicking off at 7:05 p.m. GMT (2:05 p.m. EST).

The tournament boasts a $200,000 prize pool for a $2,600 and features 15-minute blind levels from start to finish. Players can re-enter once during the 12-level late-registration window.

Players can qualify for a cheaper price point with plenty of $265 satellites running leading up to the event.
