888poker's Lovgren, Nitsche, and Saliba Final Table the WPTDeepStacks London High Roller

The third day of the $2 million guaranteed WPTDeepStacks London was a big one with both the WPTDeepStacks London #5 - $100,000 High Roller and the WPTDeepStacks London #6 - $75,000 Mini High Roller hitting the felt at 888poker.

The biggest news of the day is that three 888poker Ambassadors in Sofia "sofialovgren" Lovgren (lead image), Dominik "888Dominik" Nitsche, and Vivian "vivi.888." Saliba were all at the final table in Event #5, which was not only covered blow-by-blow at PokerNews but also played out live on the newly relaunched 888poker TV Twitch channel with hosts David Tuchman and Nick Wealthall entertaining the masses.

While the Ambassadors made it deep, "PerfectShade" was the star of the day after they went on to win the marquee event for a cool $32,000.

Meanwhile, "Kotyara1089" won the Mini High Roller later in the evening for a tasty payout of $15,203.

The WPTDeepStacks London #5 - $100,000 High Roller not only boasted the highest buy-in of the festival with a $2,100 price tag but also it was the biggest buy-in at 888poker in recent memory.

The tournament proved to be successful with 50 entries contributing exactly $100,000 to the prize pool to match the tournament's guarantee.

"PerfectShade" went on to win the event to collect the $32,000 top prize after they defeated "casual_win" (second - $22,500) in heads-up play. But perhaps the bigger news was that three 888poker Ambassadors advanced to the final table.

Sofia "sofialovgren" Lovgren performed the best of the trio with a podium third-place result to bank $15,500. Dominik "888Dominik" Nitsche finished two spots behind Lovgren in fifth place for $8,000 while Vivian "vivi.888." Saliba was the first player to cash in the event after bowing out in seventh place for $5,000.

The WPTDeepStacks London #6 - $75,000 Mini High Roller began one minute after Event #5. As the event title suggests, this tournament was a mini-version of the $200,000 Opening Event with the buy-in reduced from $2,100 to $215.

That being said this was still a huge event in its own right with a big buy-in and a $75,000 guaranteed prize pool.

"Kotyara1089" won the title to bank $15,203 after defeating "Timmy3" (second - $10,988) in heads-up play. "QueAndamento" also ran deep enough to finish on the podium before they bowed out in third place for $7,988.

"KelevraJesus" (fourth - $5,783), "josue2714" (fifth - $4,193), and "Coyote807" (sixth - $3,060) were all eliminated at the final table in the middle of the pack while "torresfan03" (seventh - $2,235), "Ii1Ii1" (eighth - $1,643), and "wklix" (ninth - $1,208) were the first players ousted at the final table.
