Sofia Lovgren and Vivian Saliba Reflect on 888WPTDeepStacks Deep Runs

It's been a whirlwind few weeks for 888poker Ambassadors Sofia Lovgren and Vivian Saliba who have been playing in the 888poker WPTDeepStacks festival.
Not only have they been enjoying the entire schedule, but the duo also has a pretty successful festival, with both players making the final table of the 888poker WPTDeepStacks $100,000 High Roller.
PokerNews sat down with two Ambassadors to hear what they had to say about the festival.

PokerNews: Hi guys! Thanks for speaking with PokerNews. First things first, how did you find the 888poker WPTDeepStacks festival? Not too much of a grind I hope?
Sofia Lovgren: It was a great series overall for me. I was close to winning the High Roller, but finished third after a big flip! Also final tabled the Crazy 8 finishing eighth. Really happy with my game.
Vivian Saliba: It was very exciting to play so many nice events with huge guarantees and different formats. I was so fortunate to make the final tables of the $2,100 HR, the $55 mini PKO and $109 PKO!
888poker TV Twitch Channel
PN: Throughout the festival, there was final table streaming on the new 888poker TV Twitch channel. What did you make of it?
SL: It's really awesome with the live coverage for players to be able to watch the game.
VS: It's great for the players, but I know that while I was playing the High Roller final table against Dominik [Nitsche], he was watching my stream and finding out about my strategy!

Player Feedback
PN: What have players made of the festival as a whole?
SL: I have heard great feedback and players seemed to love it. It was great structures in the tournaments and big price pools and people are loving the new poker client update. It's good to see that the tournaments are reaching bigger and bigger guarantees.
VS: The feedbacks were extremely positive. People loved to see big events on 888poker's lobby. The amazing satellites offer were also another appreciated aspect. I can't wait until the next big event on 888poker!
Poker Goals for 2021
PN: And as players what are your goals for the rest of 2021?
SL: For now I'm focusing on online poker a while more. It is really convenient to be able to play these series from home in pyjamas!
VS: Being back to online poker this year has challenged me in several ways. My biggest goal is to keep improving and to fix strategy leaks in my game, as well as growing my Twitch channel.
Return of Live Poker?
PN: Any news on live poker returning for 888poker?
SL: I have had some great family time lately, but I also can't wait to travel again and shuffle chips. It has been over a year ago and I miss the live poker feeling! That being said I am really looking forward to the upcoming XL Spring series on 888poker.
VS: I am super excited for live poker to be back - especially the events in Las Vegas and 888poker LIVE events, so I can meet my friends, travel and also put into practice all the hard studying work that I have been doing.
