Daniel Negreanu probably feels (correctly) that the Australian poker tournament is more global and important than an invite only one shot tournament that is basically in the U.S., which is basically frozen out of the Global Poker boom by the Online Poker Prohibition being enforced by the U.S. DOJ. There is no real traction for a pro of Daniel's caliber in what has become a poker wasteland. This despite being the birthplace of poker. A crying shame that the DOJ is doing this but until an elected official takes the side of Poker, the U.S. will be frozen out of the lucrative online poker industry that is generating billions for countries smart enough to put in place some simple regulations & collect revenue.

HMMM I wonder whose back pocket he is in? Bottomline everywhere in the world but the USA is having a poker boom. Billions in tax revenue is getting lost. In the meantime the Obama administation has a bold new plan of trying to take away even more of our freedom! WAKE UP PEOPLE before it is too late!
