The following are the terms and conditions of the " Play with $40 Summer SplashOut Promotion " (the "Promotion"). The Promotion is organized by Cassava Enterprises (Gibraltar) Limited (the "Promoter") who is the operator, inter alia, of the brand 888poker.

1. All 888poker Terms and Conditions apply.
2. The Promotion shall commence on 15/7/2015 and shall conclude on 2/9/2015 (the “Promotion Period”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may decide in its absolute discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time.
3. Participation in this Promotion is available only to persons over the age of 18. You may be asked at any stage to provide the Promoter with a proof of age and/or identity.
4. Employees and relatives of employees of the Promoter and any entities affiliated or related to the Promoter shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion. For the purposes herein, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.

19. These terms and conditions and the relationship between the parties shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of Gibraltar and you irrevocably submit, for the benefit of the Promoter, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar to settle any disputes (including claims for set off and counterclaims) which may arise in connection with the creation, validity, effect, interpretation or performance of, or the legal relationships established by, these terms and conditions or otherwise arising in connection with these terms and conditions.
