• By participating in the 888poker WSOP Las Vegas 2016 Tournament, you grant 888 poker and its affiliate websites the right to use your name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation and you expressly waive any claims against 888poker and its affiliates in this regard.
• 888poker does not endorse any deals whatsoever in any of our tournament qualifiers and as a result will not be held responsible or liable for settling any private deals made between members.
• During the WSOP Las Vegas 2016, strict rules regarding player behavior will be enforced by the tournament organizers which may include disqualification. If you are penalized or disqualified at the WSOP Las Vegas 2016 as a result of an infraction of the rules set forth by the tournament organizers, then 888poker assumes no responsibility or liability for your entry into the event and no refund will be provided.
• By entering the 888poker WSOP Las Vegas 2016 tournament each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which this promotion and the awarding of the prizes.
• All 888poker fraud and collusion rules apply. Any fraudulent activity will result in the winner being stripped of their prize and additional actions being taken by 888poker Fraud Department up to and including the termination of the member’s account with 888poker and disqualification from this promotion.

• 888poker has purchased the seat to the WSOP Las Vegas 2016 from a third party vendor and therefore is not responsible for its quality and you expressly waive any claims against 888poker in this regard.
• By entering this promotion each entrant grants 888poker and any third party vendors providing any services in relation to the prize granted, the right to provide his/her personal details to the third party vendor in order to have the prize delivered to such entrant.
• If a member’s account has been closed or self-excluded at any time up until the WSOP Las Vegas 2016 takes place, he/she will not be eligible for receiving the prize.
