The final flight of Event #1: $600 Deepstack Kick-Off in the Borgata Winter Poker Open drew a massive total of 1,415 entries. This brought the combined total to 4,375 entries creating a prize pool of over $2,200,000.
There are approximately 230 players from this flight moving on to day two. Joseph Rich bagged the overall chip lead with a staggering 528,000 and looks to be the only player returning with over half a million.
Some of the other players to bag big are Rob Calabrese (399,000), Matt Kennedy (390,000), Christopher Leveque (340,000), and Ron Birmingham (309,000).
