Day 2 of the Summer edition of the 2018 Cash Game Festival London at Aspers Casino continued to build off the momentum from the first day with nonstop ring game action running all day long.

There was plenty of action in both no-limit hold'em and pot-limit Omaha throughout the day and late into the night.

The feature tables were also full of action, co-hosted by PokerNews Editor Jason Glatzer alongside with Cash Game Festival's George Sandford and Henry Kilbane.

Ireland's Kevin Malone, who hoisted the Cash Game Festival trophy on home soil in Dublin in October, found early success after winning £511 (255.5 big blinds) for the biggest profit at the £2/£2 televised feature table.

However, the star of the show was Chris Yong at the later £5/£5 no-limit hold'em feature table after booking a healthy profit of £1,667 or 333.4 big blinds. It was a star-studded table feature many Aspers Casino and Cash Game Festival regulars including Jason Wong, Terry Jordan, Duncan Higgins, Jason Eyuh, Joe Robinson, Manoj Mohindra, Steven Game, and Finn Stewart.

While both Malone and Yong should be pleased with their sessions, they are not in the running at the moment for the Cash Game Festival London trophy awarded to the player that wins the most big blinds at any of the 10 main feature tables. That honor belongs to none other than Cash Game Festival Co-Founder Martin "Franke" von Zweigbergk who yesterday won £1,500 at a £2/£2 pot-limit Omaha feature table or 750 big blinds.

Stay tuned at PokerNews for the next three days as we report the hottest action during the 2018 Cash Game Festival London. Tomorrow action will kick off earlier than usual with a third feature table planned for 2 p.m. BST.

The stakes have moved up to £5/£5 and the game has changed to no-limit hold'em.

It will likely be a big action table thanks to Cash Game Festival Veteran Terry Jordan returning to action in Seat 8.

The rest of the table are both very familiar names locally at Aspers Casino and to the Cash Game Festival as well including Manoj Mohindra, Duncan Higgins, Jason Wong, Steven Game, Chris Yong, Finn Stewart, and Joe Robinson.

Check out the action commentated by Cash Game Festival's George Sandford and Henry Kilbane with PokerNews Editor Jason Glatzer also joining the mix midway through the session at the Cash Game Festival Twitch channel and in our PokerNews coverage.

Dinner Time

Package winners and others with the hospitality package just headed off to a VIP dinner. Cash Game Festival organizers kept the location a secret but we will get some updates after the players return.

Kevin Malone has done it again. He just ended the £2/£2 pot-limit Omaha feature table with the most profit with his wallet £511 heavier.

This session does not put him in the lead for the trophy competition as the 255.5 big blinds he won is well behind the 750 big blinds won by Cash Game Festival Co-Founder Martin "Franke" von Zweigbergk.
