A Full House For Everybody!

Level 5 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante

Shaun Deeb opened the pot to 5,300 before Marko Neumann moved all in two seats over. Deeb quickly called, turning over {A-Spades} {J-Diamonds}, and he was in the lead. Neumann's {K-Hearts} {10-Diamonds} had him five cards from the exit, but he did at least have two live cards. Not that he'd need them...

The board ran out a dramatic {2-Clubs} {7-Spades} {2-Spades} {2-Diamonds} {7-Hearts}, and the full house on board keeps Neumann alive. He and Deeb take their money back, and it's on to the next five-handed shuffle.

William Pilossoph Eliminated in 6th Place

Level 5 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante
William Pilossoph
William Pilossoph

With 16,900 in the pot and a flop of {4-Spades}{5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}, William Pilossoph checked, Andrew Chen bet 7,000 under the gun, Shuan Deeb called, and Pilossoph check-raised all in for 42,000 more. Chen made the call while Deeb folded.

Chen: {J-Spades}{J-Hearts}
Pilossoph: {5-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

Chen was in great shape to eliminate his opponent, even when the {7-Diamonds} hit the turn. Pilossoph had hit the seven but Chen was still ahead with a bigger two pair. The {2-Diamonds} on the river put an end to Pilossoph's day and the first player from the final table was finally eliminated. Pilossoph ended the 2011 PCA $5,000 Bounty Shootout with four bounties to his credit.

Another All In and Double

Level 5 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante

Michael Binger raised to 4,500 from early position only to have William Pilossoph move all in for 18,800 more in the small blind. Andrew Chen folded in the big blind and Binger made the call:

Binger: {9-Spades}{8-Spades}
Pilossoph: {A-Spades}{K-Spades}

There was 50,400 in the pot as the flop came down {Q-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{3-Spades}, keeping Pilossoph in the lead. The {2-Hearts} on the turn changed nothing and neither did the {2-Clubs} on the river. Pilossoph doubled to 50,400 while Binger dropped to 80,700.

Feeling Like a Brand Neumann

Level 5 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante
Marko Neumann
Marko Neumann

Shaun Deeb opened the pot to 4,300 before Marko Neumann three-bet all in for just over 30,000. Deeb called with {A-Hearts} {10-Spades} and his big stack, and Neumann's {K-Hearts} {Q-Hearts} had him drawing live for his tournament life.

The board ran out quite nicely for the at-risk player, coming {4-Diamonds} {K-Diamonds} {6-Diamonds} {7-Hearts} {3-Clubs} to secure his double up.

We're still six-handed, much to Deeb's chagrin.

Deeb Doubles to the Chip Lead

Level 5 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante

Shaun Deeb raised under the gun and was called by Marko Neuman in the cutoff. Both blinds folded and the flop fell {Q-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{5-Spades}. Deeb checked, Neumann bet 6,500, Deeb check-raised to 16,500, and Neumann called.

When the dealer burned and turned the {9-Diamonds}, Deeb bet out 23,800 and once again Neumann called, creating a 94,000 pot. When the {10-Hearts} peeled off on the river, Deeb moved all in for 53,300. Action was on Neumann and he took his time before making the call with {Q-Hearts}{J-Spades}. Deeb turned over {7-Spades}{7-Hearts} for a flopped set and he took down the pot worth 200,600. Neumann was left with just 28,000.

Deeb v. Chen Once Again

Level 5 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante

Andrew Chen and Shaun Deeb must have some beef with each other, because they've played several multi-raise pots between them, and they seem disinterested in yielding to each other. The latest clash saw Chen open to 4,700 before Deeb three-bet to 11,300. For the third time today, Chen four-bet (to 24,000), and Deeb took a good while staring Chen up and down before surrendering.

Drawing Dead

Level 5 : 1,000/2,000, 200 ante

Marko Neumann raised to 4,700 from early position and Scott Baumstein called from the button. The blinds folded and the flop came down {10-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{K-Clubs}. Marko bet 7,800, Baumstein called, and the dealer burned and turned the {Q-Diamonds}.

This time Neumann checked and Baumstein bet 10,200. Neumann then surprised the table with a check-raise to 23,000. Baumstein responded by moving all in and Neumann called for his tournament life.

Neumann: {K-Hearts}{K-Spades}
Baumstein: {K-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}

Baumstein was drawing dead but the {2-Clubs} was put up on the river anyway. Neumann doubled to 127,000 while Baumstein is down to 99,000.
