After 34 levels of play, a field of 916 entries has been whittled down all the way to the final 11 in the 2018 partypoker LIVE MILLIONS Russia RUB318,000 Main Event and nine Russians, one Belorussian and one Malaysian will return to the feature tables of the Triton Poker room at the Sochi Casino and Resort as of noon local time to determine the champion.
Leading the field into the final day after a late surge in the final level of the previous day is Andrey Malyshev with a stack of 140.3 million followed by Viktor Khodorenko with 127 million and Mikhail Galitskiy with 117.9 million. Alexey Melnikov follows in fourth with a stack of 95.5 million and Chin Wei Lim completes the top five overnight with a stack of 88 million.
Heading into the last two levels of the previous night as one of the shortest stacks, partypoker ambassador Anatoly Filatov managed to spin up his last nine big blinds on home soil and made the final day with a stack of 67.5 million and another big name is still in contention in Gleb Tremzin with 48.8 million. The other finalists include Gor Kazaryan (74.5 million), Aleksandr Chernikov (73.9 million), Konstantin Uspenskii (43.9 million) and Ekaterina Fedyaeva (34.5 million).
