The PokerStars Caribbean Adventure continues with another $50,000 buy-in event at the luxurious Baha Mar in The Bahamas. Action gets underway at 7:00 p.m. ET for Event #19: $50,000 7-Handed with unlimited reentries.
This two-day event sees each player begin with a stack of 150,000 chips and blinds starting at 500/1,000 with a 1,000 big blind ante. Levels are 30 minutes long, with a scheduled 20-minute break every three levels of action. Play will conclude for the day after 10 levels with late registration and reentries remaining open until the end of Level 12 on Day 2, which begins at 2 p.m. Thursday.
The first $50,000 buy-in event of the PCA series saw New Zealand’s David Yan take down Event #14: $50,000 6-Handed for a top prize of $485,690.
Each player will receive four time bank cards, regardless of the time of entry. One additional time bank will be distributed to every player at the start of each even-numbered level (2, 4, 6, 8, etc.). The shot clock will be in play from the start of the tournament with 20 seconds to act preflop while registration is open and 30 seconds to act preflop once it is closed. All later streets will be 30 seconds in length throughout the tournament.

The start has been delayed by 30 minutes, with cards expected to be in the air at 7:30 p.m. ET.

Jonathan Jaffe raised to 2,500 on the button and was called by Imad Derwiche in the big blind.
Derwiche led out for 2,000 on the flop, and Jaffe called to see the turn. Derwiche led out again, this time for 5,500, which was called by Jaffe.
The river produced another bet from Derwiche of 11,000 and Jaffe took a moment before announcing a raise to 35,000. Derwiche flipped in the call, but quickly mucked his hand after Jaffe revealed for a queen-high flush.

Ben Heath raised to 2,500 from under the gun and found calls from Dan Smith to his left and Stephen Chidwick in the big blind.
All three players checked the flop, with the action checking again to Smith after the turn. Smith fired 5,500 and Chidwick folded, while Heath took a moment before he made the call.
Smith fired again on the river for 14,000 and Heath used a time bank card before he folded.
The two battled again a few hands later with Smith under the gun and Heath in the big blind. Heath checked the turn of the board and called when Smith bet 2,500.
Heath checked again on the river and folded when Smith continued for 11,500, earning another boost to his stack.

Michael Addamo raised from middle position and was called by Imad Derwiche in the small blind and Fedor Holz in the big blind.
Both blinds checked to Addamo on the flop and he continued for 1,500. Derwiche check-raised to 6,000 and Holz folded before Addamo called.
Derwiche checked the turn and mucked after Addamo fired a bet of 12,500.
