Damien Rony Eliminated in 25th Place ($66,000)

After doubling Jeff Madsen, Damien Rony was all in the next hand with pocket fours -- the same hand he lost to Madsen with. Zachary Goldberg held {A-Hearts} {5-Hearts} and made the call.

The board stayed clean for Rony until the river as it ran out {K-Diamonds} {10-Spades} {6-Diamonds} {7-Hearts} {A-Clubs}. Rony was eliminated in 25th place, earning $66,000 and becoming the final elimination of the night. Goldberg moved up to nearly two million.

Spiking the Miracle Full House

James Tolbert bet 105,000 on a board of {K-Spades} {9-Hearts} {8-Clubs} and Aage Ravn called. The turn card was the {10-Clubs} and Tolbert checked. Ravn bet 200,000 and then Tolbert moved all in. Ravn made the call.

Ravn held {K-Hearts} {10-Hearts} and Tolbert held {9-Diamonds} {8-Diamonds}. The river was the {8-Spades} and Tolbert found a miracle, spiking his full house to win the hand and stay alive. He's up to 1.9 million and Ravn is down to 1.68 million.

Aaron E. Jones Eliminated in 27th Place ($66,000)

Aaron E. Jones - 27th Place
Aaron E. Jones shoved on Tyler Reiman after he opened from the button. Jones was in the big blind. Reiman snap-called with two tens and was up against Jones' {K-Spades} {J-Spades}.

The board ran out {K-Clubs} {10-Clubs} {7-Clubs} {J-Hearts} {3-Diamonds} and despite making two pair, Jones was crippled to just 50,000 chips by Reiman's set of tens. Reiman moved up to 1.44 million.

On the next hand, Jones was all in from the small blind with {A-Hearts} {7-Clubs} against Luc Greenwood's {J-Diamonds} {4-Clubs}. The board ran out {J-Clubs} {6-Diamonds} {3-Spades} {J-Hearts} {Q-Spades} to send Jones packing in 27th place.

Robert Mizrachi was up as high as three million at one point a couple levels back. He's down to 1.8 million now and has been getting played back at often preflop. Twice in the past few minutes, Mizrachi opened for 100,000 and was three-bet shoved on. He's folded both times.

Goldberg Makes a Straight Against Verheijen

From the button, Zachary Goldberg raised to 105,000 and was called by Gijs Verheijen in the big blind. The flop came down {K-Spades} {7-Hearts} {5-Spades} and Verheijen checked. Goldberg checked behind.

The turn was the {4-Spades} and Verheijen fired 130,000. Goldberg made the call.

The river card was the {6-Diamonds} and Verheijen fired 200,000. Goldberg asked for a count on Verheijen's remaining stack and found he had about 640,000 behind.

"I'll just call," said Goldberg and then turned up the {K-Clubs} {8-Clubs} having rivered a straight. Verheijen mucked his hand. Goldberg improved his stack to 1.6 million.

Representing the Gold

Out of the remaining 27 players in the field, there's six World Series of Poker bracelets that have been won. Robert Mizrachi and Praz Bansi both have one while Jeff Madsen and Barry Shulman have two apiece. Madsen, Mizrachi and Shulman are all at the same table.

Ryan "g0lfa" D'Angelo holds two bracelets in the famed PokerStars online tournament series World Championship of Online Poker (WCOOP).

That should give you an idea of the type of players left in the field here at the 2010 PokerStars.net Caribbean Adventure. With first place set at $2.2 million, everyone left hopes the treasure will land in their backyard.
