The Lodge Championship Series is underway here at The Lodge Poker Club in Round Rock, Texas. This series runs from May 4-24, having over $5 million in guarantees, including a $2 million guaranteed main event that begins on May 19.

It is time for the sixth starting flight of Event #8: $1,600 Mystery Bounty 1 Million Guaranteed here at The Lodge Poker Club in Round Rock, Texas. There have been a total of 121 entries thus far with Day 1e ongoing as the largest one yet and the upcoming weekend is expected to bring in the largest portion of registrants.

Matthew Mayer is on top of the field after bagging 581,500 in the Day 1a flight as that will be the mark to aim for in the subsequent flights.

All registrants will sit down to 40,000 in chips for the first day and will play down until just 12% of the field is left standing. There will be unlimited re-entries until the start of Level 7 for anyone who takes an unlucky exit or wants to jump in for the first time. Blinds will begin at 100/200 with 40 minutes to play each level.

All survivors of the Day 1 flights will return on Sunday, May 15. Anyone who bags more than once will get a bounty chip for each extra bag, playing their highest-valued stack moving forward. Each bounty can be redeemed on the second day for an envelope that contains a prize that ranges from $1,000 all the way up to the $100,000 first-place prize.
