Polk Jumps in and Starts Out Hot
Doug Polk has officially entered the main event and didn't take long to get involved in the action.
Chan Pelton raised to 1,100 from early position and Polk raised it up to 3,500 from the button while mid-conversation with his neighbor at the table. Pelton quickly and confidently four-bet to 11,100.
Polk didn't think too long before announcing, "all in," and sliding his stack of about 54,000 into the middle. Pelton said, "Eh, whatever," and stuck his stack in the middle as well.
