The PPC Montreal Starts Today at 7 p.m.

The Player's Poker Championship or PPC Poker Tour is in town and hosting Event #18 of the World Cup of Cards (WCC) at Playground Poker Club. This is the PPC's first visit to Playground Poker and they are joining together as part of the Playground' massive tournament series.

The PPC is a $300 buy in with a $30,000 guarantee. Players start out with 50,000 chips and blind levels are 20 minutes long until the start of tomorrow’s final table when they will switch to 30 minutes. Registration is open until the start of Level seven. Players will play 17 20-minute levels today.

The PPC Poker Tour, also takes 20% of the prize pool for packages to the PPC Aruba World Championships November 2nd through the 8th at the Hilton Aruba Resort with a $500,000 guaranteed Main Event.

The winner along with the cash and the PPC Aruba World Championship Package will also win a trip to the PPC Champion of Champions Tournament at Maryland Live! Casino, a pair of Blue Shark Optics glasses and apparel from Kicker Power/Kicker Problems.
