The WSOP Circuit Bicycle Casino $1,700 Main Event Final Table Begins at 1 p.m.
The final nine are ready to play for the championship in the World Series of Poker Circuit Bicycle Casino $1,700 Main Event. The original field of 487 entries played down to a final table Tuesday night, and the remaining nine players will return to the Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens, California, for a 1 p.m. restart.
The first-place prize of $147,435 is on the line, as well as the WSOP Circuit ring and an entry into the WSOP National Championship. The field will play through 60-minute levels today, beginning at Level 26 with the blinds at 20000/40000/40000. Players will take 10-minute breaks after every two levels, and play until a champion is crowned.
The final table will be streamed on Live at the Bike, on delay, beginning at 1:30 p.m. local time.
Said El Harrak (3,990,000) comes into the final table as the chip leader, with nearly 1.5 million more chips than the closest competitor, which is Jeremy Kottler (2,510,000). El Harrak is at his second final table of the WSOP Circuit Bicycle series, after finishing sixth in Event #3 - $250 No-Limit Hold'em.
Kottler is at his second WSOPC final table in as many months, as the accomplished tournament player finished second at the Harveys Tahoe Main Event in November. Kottler comes into the final table with more than $1.5 million in career tournament earnings, and he'll have a chance to capture his first WSOP Circuit ring with a win today.
Sal Rassibi (2,015,000), Ronnie "Tse" Tate (1,775,000) and Robert Suer (1,460,000) all have chips to play with at the final table. Suer, with more than $2 million in career earning, will be looking to capture a WSOP ring for the first time, should he be crowned the champion.
Brock Wilson (1,270,000), another accomplished tournament player with more than $1.7 million in career earnings, is another contender for the ring. Rounding out the final table are Fadi Hamad (710,000), Abbas Moradi (630,000) and Ping Liu (310,000), who's yet another final table contender that comes into today's play with nearly $2 million in lifetime earnings.
