At 2pm local time, the third World Series of Poker International Circuit €1,700 Main Event in the current year at King's Resort in Rozvadov will see at least 263 hopefuls out of a 640-entry strong field return to their seats in Europe's biggest poker arena. Both numbers are subject to change as the late registration and re-entry period is open for another two levels and following break until approximately 4.30 pm local time.
The attendance of the previous edition is certain to be surpassed as last night's live satellite awarded another 13 seats and the ongoing qualifier on the right side of the poker arena adds another eight tickets on top. Back in April, Volkan Alkan topped a field of 648 entries while Turkey's Feyzullah Karaarslan outlasted 807 other entries in January. Both earned six-figure paydays for their efforts and Alkan also advanced with an above-average stack of 191,900 from Day 1a, which puts him on 50th place on the leaderboard at the start of Day 2.
Leading the pack is none other than the former WSOP Main Event finalist Vojtech Ruzicka, who increased his stack more than nine-fold and has 451,300 at his disposal. Levente Pal is the only player in close contention with 428,600 while Dawid Smolka sits in third place with 330,300, narrowly ahead of Day 1a chip leader Narcis Nedelcu (325,000).

After a roller coaster ride throughout the first starting day, Bise will return with 302,900 as seventh in chips. The UK's William Kassouf narrowly missed out the top ten with 278,400 with other notables such as Petr Targa (277,200), Symeon Alexandridis (276,300), and Clayde Terlaan (271,000) all returning to big stacks.

Whether or not any of them will add another title of the WSOP brand to their poker resume will be decided within the next three tournament days. Day 2 kicks off at 2pm local time with level ten at blinds of 1,000-2,000 and a big blind ante of 2,000 before the second level of the day features the very same blinds.
Nine levels of 60 minutes each are scheduled for today and the payout information will be released after the end of the registration period at the start of level 12. In previous editions of this tournament, the money bubble was reached towards the end of the Day 2 while the following day then plays down to the nine-handed final table.
