Shuffle Up and Deal

Day 3 has started. Players are beginning the day where they left off, playing the last 26 minutes of Level 20 with blinds of 8,000/16,000 with a 2,000 ante.

The Wright Call

On a flop of {6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds} Travis Remmert moved all in for his last 100,000 chips and Walter Wright made the call.

Remmert was on the flush draw with {Q-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} as Wright tabled the best hand with his {Q-Hearts}{J-Spades}.

The turn and river bricked {7-Hearts}, {3-Clubs} to see Remmert head to the payout desk as Wright moves up to over 750,000 chips.

Fett Doubles Through Kalb

Jacob Kalb has just taken a dent to his big stack after doubling up Robert Fett.

Kalb opened with a raise from early position to 30,000, getting one caller, before Robert Fett squeezed all in for his 165,000 chips. Kalb called as the third player stepped aside.

Kalb: {A-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}
Fett: {K-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}

The flop was all Fett when it arrived {Q-Spades}{10-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}. The turn was the {K-Spades} and Kalb clapped his hands in delight thinking that his straight was good, but it gave Fett an unbeatable full house.

The river landed the {2-Diamonds} and Fett more than doubles up.

Justin Kuzmicki Makes An Exit

Jeremy Joseph raised to 35,000 from the small blind and Justin Kuzmicki re-raised all in for 105,000 from the big blind. Kam Low, who had limped into the pot from middle position, made the call, as did Joseph who checked a flop of {2-Spades}{5-Spades}{10-Hearts}.

When Low pushed all in, Joseph folded and Kuzmicki asked Low if he had a pair. Low showed {A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}for top pair, top kicker, out-flopping Kuzmicki's {A-Spades}{K-Clubs}. The {9-Diamonds} and {Q-Hearts} provided no help for Kuzmicki, while Low is now just shy of 1 million chips.

Passavant Busts

Walter Wright is having a good day so far after just eliminating another opponent. This time his {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Spades} were too good for the {J-Hearts}{J-Clubs} of James Passavant. All the chips were in preflop with the board running out {A-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}.

Passavant busts as Wright moves up to 975,000 chips.

So Long Sarang

Sarang Ahuja Eliminated
Sarang Ahuja Eliminated
On a flop of {3-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} Jim McClain moved all in covering his opponent Sarang Ahuja who insta-called with {10-Hearts}{10-Clubs}, however McClain had flopped the nuts with his {9-Hearts}{9-Spades}.

The turn was the {2-Hearts} and river the {A-Hearts} as the chip leader for most of Day 2 hits the rail as McClain moves up to 600,000 chips.
