Event #39: $2,500 Pot-Limit Hold'em/Omaha
Day 1 Started
Event #39: $2,500 Pot-Limit Hold'em/Omaha
Day 1 Started
Starting in just around 20 minutes time is today's evening event, the "round of each" half Pot-Limit Hold'em, half Pot-Limit Omaha event. Alternating between two of the most popular forms of poker every nine hands, it's a game that will see the action go extremely fast, perhaps more so during the PLO phase.
Players are starting with 7,500 chips and we're expecting a large field for this late start as many players see this as one of the "easier" events of the series. As well as this, there will be a lot of players who have busted the noon $1,500 event and will simply be desperate to get back into the action.
As mentioned, we'll be starting at 5pm and playing eight levels today.
Level: 1
Blinds: 0/0
Ante: 0
Cards are now in the air! The tournament clock shows 371 entries so far but we imagine that number will increase significantly during late registration.
