Rodawig, Force At the Top of Day 2

Eric Rodawig- Chip Leader
Eric Rodawig- Chip Leader

Yesterday, 936 players were narrowed down to just 129 after ten levels of Event #31 $1,500 Pot-Limit Omaha Eight-or-Better. At the end, Eric Rodawig held the chip lead, bagging up a whopping 154,800. He got a ton of those chips in a huge pot that we caught at the end of the night. He is one of three players over the 100,000 mark, as Joao Simao has 132,100, and Leif Force 118,200.

We have 129 players coming back today, but 12 of them will walk away disappointed, as only 117 of them will lock up the $2,400 minimum pay day. A slew of bracelet winners advanced yesterday, including Allen Cunningham (68,200), Barry Greenstein (53,300), Josh Pollock (52,100), Jeff Lisandro (38,000), Jason Mercier (37,100), and Mike Matusow (25,900).

Some of the non-bracelet notables who are hoping to add themselves to the aformentioned list by the end of tomorrow are Allan Le (69,700), Daniel Strelitz (63,700), David Sands (48,600), Andy Seth (26,100), and Loni Harwood (20,900).

Play is scheduled to get underway in an hour, and we will be playing 10 levels today, wrapping up at about 1:30 AM local time. As always, we will be here all day bringing you all the action! We hope you enjoy our coverage, and until we get started, get caught up with all the action from last night by watching Sarah Grant's nightly recap!
