Welcome back to the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino and the 2013 World Series of Poker for Day 3 of the Event #35: $3,000 Pot-Limit Omaha!

640 players took to the felt to play this four-card game full of wraps, rundowns and counterfeits several days ago, and now just 19 individuals remain looking to capture the gold bracelet and $384,420 first prize.

Already guaranteed $11,915 in prize money, the likes of Christian Harder (230,000), Mike Sexton (242,000), Jarred Solomon (259,000), Jason DeWitt (344,000), Ashton Griffin (352,000) and Scott Clements (534,000) all outlasted Tom Schneider (60th), Jared Bleznick (31st), Andrey Pateychuk (30th), Steve Sung (29th), Phil Hellmuth (26th), Jonathan Duhamel (24th) and Will Failla (23rd) who all fell to the rail before the close of play.

However the remaining players are all chasing two-time bracelet winner and 2006 WSOP Player of the Year Jeff Madsen who bagged an impressive 922,000 in the wee hours of the morning. Madsen - who has one cash this series - has now locked up his 29th WSOP cash and will be looking at improving on his previous best Pot-Limit Omaha result which was a 4th place at the 2010 WSOP Europe £5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha event for £52,542.

The remaining 19 players will line-up as follows today:

The remaining 19 players are in their seats and after taking a few minutes to fill out bio sheets cards are in the air for the third and final day of Event #35: $3,000 Pot-Limit Omaha.

Double for Loube

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

On the first hand of the day, Steven Loube raised the pot from under the gun, leaving himself but 9,000 behind, and it folded around to Mike Sexton in the big blind.

"Well, I've had worse hands," said Sexton as he checked his cards, and after a bit more thought made the call.

Loube had a good one — {K-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} — while Sexton had {Q-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}. Loube's hand got even better quickly when the flop came {Q-Clubs}{Q-Spades}{K-Diamonds} to give him a full house. "You're off to a good start," said Sexton as the {6-Diamonds} turn and {A-Spades} river fell, and Loube scored the double-up.

Steven Loube Eliminated in 19th Place ($14,693)

Scott Clements opened to 19,000 from under the gun and Ashton Griffin made the call before Steven Loube moved all in from the big blind for roughly 80,000 after doubling on the first hand of the day against Mike Sexton. Clements re-potted and Griffin tossed his cards to the muck.

Clements: {K-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}
Loube: {6-Spades}{5-Spades}{4-Clubs}{3-Hearts}

The {10-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{8-Hearts} flop connected with Clements and gave Loube only backdoor outs to a flush, straight or trips, and when the {K-Clubs} came on the turn, he would be drawing dead as the {J-Clubs} completed the board on the river to send him out in 19th.

Double for Corning

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

William Black limped under the gun only to have Douglas Corning make it 24,000 to go next to speak. Black was the only caller, and on the {Q-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{J-Diamonds} flop, he check-called a 45,000-chip bet as the {3-Diamonds} rolled off on the turn.

Both players checked and when the {9-Clubs} landed on the river, Black pushed out a stack of chips amounting to 85,000. Corning made the call for his final 54,000 and tabled his {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{6-Clubs} for the nut flush to double through to 255,000 as Black flashed his {A-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} for a weaker flush to slip to 280,000 in chips.

Straight for Alioa

Level 19 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

Brian Alioa raised the maximum to 28,000 leaving himself just 1,000. With the action on Danny Hannawa in the big blind, he raised and Alioa called all-in.

Alioa: {Q-Hearts}{J-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{9-Hearts}
Hannawa: {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}

The board ran out {9-Clubs}{J-Clubs}{8-Spades}{5-Hearts}{Q-Spades} to see Alioa double through to roughly 60,000 with his flopped straight.
