Paul Lieu Leads Final Nine!
Welcome to our Day 3 coverage of Event #45: $1,500 Ante-Only No-Limit Hold'em. The starting field of 678 players is down to the final table and before night's end, another World Series of Poker gold bracelet will be awarded. Leading the way when play begins will be Paul Lieu with 579,000 in chips.
This will be Lieu’s 15th World Series of Poker cash, and fifth for this series. Never making a final table before, Lieu will be hoping to make this deep run count, as he attempts to take home his first gold bracelet. Second in chips is Ben Volpe (523,000), with Chris Moorman (279,000) and Blair Hinkle (182,000) the other notable finalists.
Hinkle will come into the final table as one of the short stacks, but will looking to make some inroads, as he hones in on gold bracelet number two. His first came in the $ 2,000 No Limit Hold'em event, five years ago.

Seat #9 Louis Bonnecaze Jr. 330,000
Louis Bonnecaze Jr. is a two time bracelet winner who's last WSOP title came in 1993 in a Pot-Limit Omaha event. The 70-year old is a retired CPA from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and is hoping to secure his largest WSOP cash to date today. He will come into the day with 330,000 in chips which puts him right in the middle of the pack.
Seat #8 Chris Moorman 279,000
Arguably the most notable player at the final table, Chris Moorman is one of the most feared and respected players in the world, both on the green felt and the virtual felt. He has amassed almost $3 million in live play earnings, including runner-up finishes in the 2011 WSOP-E Main Event, and the 2011 $10,000 Six-Max Championship. Moorman has also won millions online, and comes into today with 279,000 in chips, and is hoping to catch that elusive first WSOP bracelet.
Seat #7 Horacio Chaves 314,000
Horacio Chaves Cortes is a 27 year old poker pro from Paraguay, who grew up playing soccer before pursuing a life on the felts. If he survives the first elimination, he will secure the biggest payday of his live career. He is hoping to become the first player from Paraguay to win a WSOP bracelet. He will come into today with 314,000, which is right in the middle.
Seat #6 Danny Johnson 479,000
27-year old Danny Johnson has just locked up his eight career cash at the WSOP. He is from Hawaii, and got into poker after recovering from a nasty knee injury. He comes into the day as one of our big stacks with 479,000, and is hoping to win his first WSOP Gold Bracelet.
Seat #5 Benjamin Volpe 523,000
Chicago's Ben Volpe comes into this final table second in chips, and has already secured his third cash in this year's WSOP! The 26 year old's combined seven career cashes have already netted him $161,000 in earnings, and will be looking to surpass all that with a victory in today's event.
Seat #4 Samuel Panzica 153,000
Samuel Panzica is the youngest player at this final table, at the ripe old age of 21. The Michigan native has already won over $100,000 on the WSOP Circuit, and is hoping to do the same today at the WSOP. Panzica learned poker from his roommate Jake Schwartz, who took 2nd in the Shootout a few days ago. He is hoping to capture his first WSOP bracelet today.
Seat #3 Paul Lieu 579,000
Paul Lieu comes into today's final table as the chip leader. The 40 year old has had 15 career WSOP cashes, but this is his first final table. The local from Las Vegas will be looking to go all the way today, as he hopes to secure his biggest cash of this year's series, adding to the five he's already made.
Seat #2 Adam Stone 214,000
Adam Stone is a 31-year old tennis coach from Houston, Texas. This is Stone's first cash at the WSOP, but he does have two cashes on the Circuit, including a 3rd place finish in 2011. Stone is hoping to claim his first bracelet, as well as lock up his biggest lifetime cash today.
