Pham With The Early Double

Level 12 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

We caught the action with a board of {5-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{a-Spades}. David Pham got it all in against an opponent that had him covered.

Pham: {a-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}

Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}

The river was the {j-Hearts} and Pham received a nice double up here early on Day 2.

Terry Starts Shoving

Level 12 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Todd Terry has wasted no time in trying to improve his chip stack by moving all-in for his 12,800 stack when the action folded to him in middle position. Nobody wanted to tangle with Terry and he added the blinds and antes to his stack.

Dombrowski Doubles

Level 12 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Chris Dombrowski has started well after doubling through seasoned pro Alex Kravchenko.

Dombrowski moved all-in from the small blind for 11,000 and Kravchenko called to put his opponent at risk of elimination. Kravchenko held {6-Clubs}{6-Hearts} and Dombrowski the {A-Spades}{4-Diamonds}. By the river the board read {K-Spades}{A-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{K-Hearts}{9-Hearts} and Dombrowski doubled.

Cantu Shoves on Bilic

Level 12 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

There is an interesting dynamic over at table #379 because two big stacks in Brandon Cantu and Alen Bilic are seated next to each other and both are capable of getting their stacks into the middle.

Samay Parikh opened to 2,500 from the cutoff and Cantu three-bet to 6,700 from the button. Bilic then cold four-bet to 14,000 from the small blind and only Cantu called.

Bilic led for 13,500 on the {Q-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop only to see Cantu instantly move alll-in. Bilic folded and Cantu crossed the 100,000 chip barrier with ease.

Ellwood Doubles

Level 12 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

Seth Davies raised to 2,500 from middle position and when the action folded to him in the hijack Jack Ellwood three-bet all-in for 12,100 chips. John Eames folded, but Keith Wintermans cold-called Ellwood's shove. Davies ducked out of the way and the cards of the active players flipped over.

Wintermans: {10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}
Ellwood: {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}

The {5-Clubs}{K-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{K-Spades}{A-Spades} board left Ellwood's hand as the best and he doubled up.

Show Me The Money

Level 12 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

The bubble has burst and in most brutal fashion for Waylon Kofi who got his last 10,200 in the middle with {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} versus the {j-Spades}{j-Clubs} of David "The Dragon" Pham.

All was well for Kofi after the flop of {2-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{5-Hearts} and still after the {4-Diamonds} turn. The {j-Diamonds} fell on the river though and Kofi couldn't believe it.

The good news for Kofi was that two others players were eliminated on the same hand and the three chopped up two spots.
