Whitebrook Splits With Walker

Richard Whitebrook opened to 5,000 from early position and got a call from Gerald Trass in the small bling. Jonathan Walker moved all in for his remaining 35,000 and Whitebrook asked for a count.

Whitebrook called and the players flipped their hands.

The 2♥7♣2♣ flop brought in the flush draw for Whitebook. But walker was still ahead.

A 8♥ turn didn't change much but the 7♥ river sent the pair to a chop, both playing their aces with the double paired board.

Trass was seen walking away from the table after taking a big tumble for his 30 big blind stack just after the break.

Three players were already at showdown with Yubin Wang sitting with pocket Aces. He had got his entire stack in and at risk, along side Dennis Zhang who was also at risk. Alexandros Dranovitsas covered both players.

It was a coin flip which Doublon immediately lost on the flop of K♠Q♥6♥. The turn A♦ further improved Kerkaert's hand to a two pair, which visibly disheartened Doublon. The board was completed with a 4♠ river. Doublon left the table disappointed as Kerkaert scooped the pot.
