Day 1 Started
Today, Event #70: $10,000 Ladies No-Limit Hold'em Championship is set to begin at 11 a.m. Last year there were 819 entries in total and Courtney Kennedy, a poker dealer from Detroit, took home the desirable gold WSOP bracelet and the first-place prize of $149,108. Amanda Musumeci is another name to keep an eye on, she finished in fifth place and might be back to chase victory in this event.
This will be a three-day event and female players who enter the event will receive a discount of $9,000 and only pay $1,000 to enter. Everyone will get 5,000 in tournament chips.
