There was a total of 2,478 entries and only 308 players still have a shot at the World Series of Poker Europe gold bracelet.
Coming into Day 2, Martin Kabrhel holds a large chip lead after an impressive showing on Day 1d. Kabrhel is well-known around the King's Resort, having won two previous bracelets in this very same venue. Kabrhel will enter the day with 980,000 chips with his next closest competitor being Nawroz Gaff with 658,000 chips.
All the players returning today have already secured themselves at least a min-cash of €895 with the remaining prize pool yet to be announced. The guaranteed prize pool of €1,000,000 was easily achieved yesterday when the 1,000 player cap was reached before late registration even closed.

The goal is to play down to a final table but there will be a hard stop at 10 p.m. due to the government restrictions.
The PokerNews live reporting team will be on the tournament floor to bring you all of the live updates throughout the day and going forward.

Here are the ones who didn't make it through the first 30 minutes of the day.

Peter Horkay was all in for 50,000 preflop and picked up three callers along the way. The flop came and the action checked to Do Tran who bet 60,000. Huseyin Arkun check-raised all in for 93,000 and was called by both Volodymyr Syekhov and Tran.
The turn brought the and both remaining players checked to the
on the river. Syekhov announced all in for around 300,000 and Tran quickly tossed his cards to the muck.
Arkun tabled after throwing a fit when the ace hit the river. That was no good as Horkay held
for a full house. However, Syekhov rolled over
for quad queens to scoop everything and eliminate two players.
