There was a middle position open to 1,200 before the action folded to the button who called. The small blind folded and then action was on WSOP Bracelet winner, Chanracy Khun, in the big blind.
He took a moment and did some accounting before going upstairs with a raise to 6,500. Both of his opponents sat in the tank for a moment but they would both eventually find a fold.
Khun was pushed the pot and continues to chip-up and stay well above average as the first day of the main event moves forward.
