Camphausen Pushes Off Abdine

Level 20 : 12,000/24,000, 24,000 ante

Shivan Abdine is putting on the pressure now he has his nose in front and has taken down several pots uncontested to pad his lead out a little more, though Ehsan Amiri managed to take a small one from him after making it 55,000 to go pre-flop from the cutoff, with Abdine defending from the big blind. It was checked all the way through to the river with the runout coming {7-Spades}{j-Spades}{3-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}{10-Diamonds} and Amiri took it down with a 40,000 river bet.

A couple of hands later, Abdine opened the action with a raise to 52,000 from under-the-gun with Marc Camphausen (big blind) the only caller.

Camphausen checked the {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} flop over to Abdine, who continuation bet 45,000, which was called. The {k-Clubs} turn was as far as the hand got, however, with Camphausen now choosing to lead into Abdine on the paired board for 125,000.

Abdine thought it over for a few seconds but chose to muck leaving Camphausen to pull in the pot.
