WATCH: Can You Guess Which High Roller Stars in Triton's Bond Parody?

Triton Poker Mario Mosboeck

It's well-known the role that poker played in the 2006 Bond film Casino Royale, with the eponymous spy infiltrating a high-stakes poker game in Montenegro.

Well Bond had better watch out, because he's got competition. The name's Mosboeck. Mario Mosboeck.

See for yourself!

Triton's Bond Parody Film

The video opens with Triton Tournament Director Luca Vivaldi approaching a table at the Maestral Resort & Casino in Budva, Montenegro, before despairing that he can't find Mario Mosboeck. It then cuts to a wide-angle shot of Mosboeck arriving via jet ski, before diving off into the ocean and rushing into the casino.

"Mario, your mission is to take down the Triton Super High Roller Series Main Event"

En route, Mosboeck takes a sip of a trademark martini (presumably shaken, not stirred) before receiving instructions via an earpiece ahead of the Triton Poker Montenegro Main Event, which kicks off today.

"Mario, your mission is to take down the Triton Super High Roller Series Main Event," he's instructed. "You have three days to complete this mission."

After clarifying that Mosboeck was aware of the buy-in — €125,000 — the former professional soccer player sits down at his table, only for the voice in his ear to realize the calibre of player he's sitting with. Phil Ivey to his right and Linus Loeliger to his left, with Danny Tang and Michael Soyza completing the table.

"Alright, change of plan," says the voice, admitting defeat. "Just shove it all in and hope for the best. I'll book you a flight in two hours."

It remains to be seen how Mosboeck gets on in the Triton Main Event, but if it doesn't work out perhaps a career in film and television is on the cards!
