Naicu Runs Kings Into Shahar's Aces

Ran Shahar opened to 1,200 in middle position, Ion Parnica called on the button while Ion Naicu announced a three-bet to 3,500 in the big blind.

That was followed by a quick four-bet from Shahar, with Parnica getting out of the way. Naicu then moved all in, and was quickly called.

Action was six-handed on the 10♦J♥4♠J♦ board, and Neagu Dorinel slid his last 4,100 chips into the middle from the hijack after four players checked around.

Radu Buican took a moment before making the call in middle position, as did Marius Gicovanu to his left. The dealer turned over the 5♠ river, with both Buican and Gicovanu checking.

Dorinel showed 4♥3♦ for a pair of fours, while Buican revealed K♦10♣ for a superior pair. Gicovanu mucked, with Buican raking in the pot as Dorinel hit the rail.

Galinschi Gets Paid

Leonte Cristian opened to 600 in the cutoff and was called by Dan Galinschi in the small blind and Andrei Jambor in the big blind.

Action was checked to Cristian on the 9♥8♠K♥ flop, who continued for 1,200. Galinschi then check-raised to 4,000, seeing Jambor fold and Cristian call.

Both players checked the 2♥ turn and Galinschi led out for 8,800 on the 3♣ river. Cristian made the call, mucking his cards as Galinschi turned over K♠9♠ for two pair.
