Nedelcu Enters Danger Zone

Level 28 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

David Tous and Narcis Nedelcu were heads up in a pot worth around 1,200,000 chips. The completed board of 8381010 was already dealt out and Tous made a bet of 275,000.

Nedelcu weighed his options for a bit before making the call. Tous turned over KK for a higher two pair than the one on the board, and Nedelcu mucked his cards in defeat.

Tous chipped up to an above-average stack while Nedelcu was left with just ten big blinds.

Gallager Joins Payout Line

Level 28 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante

Thomas Gallager was all in for his final few blinds and was called by Boris Chong-Sit and Mark Johnston. The pair then checked through the 5A10 flop before Chong-Sit check-folded to Johnston's 175,000 bet on the 6 turn.

Gallager and Johnston then were ordered to show down and their cards were tabled.

Thomas Gallager: 22 All in
Mark Johnston: AJ

Gallager needed to hit a deuce to stay alive but failed to do so on the 4 river and was the last person to take home €7,220.

Tsouloftas Makes Hero Call as Sheth Bluffs It Off in Huge Pot

Level 28 : Blinds 40,000/80,000, 80,000 ante
Georgios Tsouloftas
Georgios Tsouloftas

Georgios Tsouloftas raised to 160,000 from middle position and Ravi Sheth made it 730,000 to go from the small blind. Tsouloftas made the sizable call and both players went on to check the J35 flop.

Sheth checked again on the 7 turn, after which Tsouloftas made a bet of 500,000. Sheth then pumped it up to 1,420,000 and Tsouloftas put in the extra required chips for a call.

On the 8 river, Sheth sized up to 1,700,000, leaving only 300,000 chips behind. Tsouloftas thought about the situation for a while before eventually calling, creating the biggest pot of the tournament so far.

"You're good," Sheth repeated a few times before Tsouloftas tabled J10 for a weak top pair. Sheth's cards indeed hit the muck and Tsouloftas raked in the pot to get him to a stack worth triple the average one.

Boyce Bullies Johnson

Level 29 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Oliver Boyce
Oliver Boyce

Oliver Boyce raised to 200,000 from middle position and Christopher Johnson defended his big blind. Boyce then continued for 225,000 on the Q7J flop, which Johnson check-raised to 625,000.

Boyce almost instantly moved all in with his big stack, and that spelled the end of the end as Johnson quickly mucked his cards and was left with 17 big blinds.
