Stojanovic Busts Thalmann

Babic Borislav limped in middle position, as did Yves Thalmann. Zoran Stojanovic raised to 15,000 on the button. Both of his opponents called.

Action was checked to Stojanovic on the J♥10♦8♥ flop, and he put out an overbet of 150,000, putting both of his opponents at risk if either made the call.

Both took some time to make their decisions, with Stojanovic urging them to gamble. Borislav folded, to leave Thalmann to agonize over his decision for several minutes.

Thalmann eventually made the call and was at risk.

Stojanovic had a pair of nines with an up and down straight draw, while Thalmann had the nut flush draw.

Allgouer Busts

Picking the action up on a board of 4♣9♥K♣4♥, Michael Allgouer check-called a bet of 16,000 from his opponent.

The K♠ rolled off on the river and Allgouer checked to his opponent, who smiled and said "You won't fold?" as he slid out a bet of 57,000, putting Allgouer to the test for the rest of his stack.

Allgouer went in to the tank, looking at his cards numerous times before making the call.

Allgouer showed 10♦10♣ but his opponent showed K♥J♦ for the full house.

Herzog Busts Bucher

Roberts Busts Stojanovic

Zoran Stojanovic opened to 3,500 and received calls from an opponent in the small blind and Christian Roberts in the big blind.

On the 4♣7♦6♦ flop Roberts put out a bet of 5,000, Stojanovic called and the other opponent folded.

On the Q♠ turn Roberts check-called a bet of 13,000 from Stojanovic.

On the 2♥ river Roberts changed tack, and fired out a bet of 98,000, putting Stojanovic to the test for the rest of his stack.

Stojanovic went deep into the tank. At one point he tried to engage in table talk but the language barrier got in the way.

He resorted to giving Roberts the eye for several minutes, prompting Roberts to ask, while smiling, "Do I have any tells? You keep looking at me. Either you have it or you don't."

Stojanovic eventually made the call.

Roberts turned over A♦7♠ for a pair of sevens, while Stojanovic had 8♠6♠ for a pair of sixes, sending a sizeable pot to Roberts.
