Revving the Engine at Table 419

Level 14 : 1,500/3,000, 0 ante

Scott Bohlman may be described as a fan of the player to his right, a player who is only known as "Diesal." Diesal has allegedly been in the middle of a ton of interesting hands and fun dialogue throughout the day with a theme of the lucky number seven.

In this episode, Diesal raised to 7,000 from under the gun and was three-bet by Richard Tuhrim on the button. Action folded back to Diesal and he put in a stack of orange, T$5,000 chips, exclaiming, "Let's do it!" Tuhrim complied, committing the rest of his chips and Diesal did the same.

"Oh, we're both all in? Okay!" he said, seeing the hands and seeing that both players had aces. "Are you double suited?"

Richard Tuhrim: {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{9-Hearts}{3-Spades}
Diesal: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{3-Hearts}

"We're both double suited!" Diesal confirmed. Bohlman started to laugh at the dialogue and the timing of the situation. The board then ran out {6-Hearts}{q-Spades}{9-Clubs}{9-Spades}{4-Diamonds} to give Tuhrim trip nines and the rest of the table joined in on the laughter as Tuhrim had secured the double.

"That's some bull shit right there!" said Diesal, down to his last 3,000.

On the following hand, he was all in from the big blind and Vivian Saliba opened to 10,000 from the button, getting the small blind out of the way.

Diesal: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{6-Spades}
Vivian Saliba: {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}

Bohlman again began to laugh as Diesal turned over aces for a second consecutive time, this time when forced all in for his last one big blind. The board ran out {j-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{7-Spades}{5-Clubs}{2-} and Diesal's nut flush secured him a total of 7,000.

On hand number three of the sequence, Leif Force opened from under the gun and Diesal happily committed his last chips.

Leif Force: {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{10-Hearts}{8-Spades}
Diesal: {q-Diamonds}{7-Spades}{7-Hearts}{6-Hearts}

Diesal was at risk with his magic sevens and found himself in need of help when the flop came {j-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{2-Hearts} to give Force a pair of eights. The turn came {4-Hearts} and Diesal was down to his last card.

"Give the man a seven!" Force exclaimed as the dealer burned and turned the river {7-Diamonds}. The entire table once more erupted in laughter as Diesal hit his two outer and doubled again to a stack of around five big blinds. He then busted on the following hand to Tuhrim.
