SCOOP Day 15: Jason "Taknapotin" Somerville and Michael "Skämmes" Tureniec Capture SCOOP Titles

Big-name players posted excellent showings on Sunday as the Spring Championship of Online Poker at PokerStars neared its end. Twelve players earned more than six figures on Day 15, none bigger than Michael "Skämmes" Tureniec's $320,000 score for winning the $25K heads-up tournament. He defeated Scott "gunning4you" Seiver in the final round, though Seiver still pocketed a solid $200,000 for his runner-up showing.

The longest event of the day was Event 37-H, a $2K no-limit hold'em, taking longer than 19 hours and ending just after 8:00 a.m. on the East Coast. Jason "Taknapotin" Somerville topped a stacked final table that included James "jcamby33" Campbell, Tom "tommyboy83" Koral, and Bryn "BrynKenney" Kenney. Somerville's victory was worth $234,333.66.
