888poker Offering 80% Rakeback on All Cash Games in New Jersey until May
The first New Jersey iGaming data revealed that the Borgata and partypoker had pulled out to an early lead, but it appears the race is in full swing in the Garden State.
888.com recently made headlines when they offered New York Giants wide received Hakeem Nicks $88,800 to legally change his name to 888.com, and now they’re following that up with New Jersey's biggest rakeback offer yet — 80% on all cash games until May.
Starting Jan. 15, 2014, players who wager $500 on cash games during the course of one day will receive 80% of their rake returned for every cash game they play until May 1. However, in order for players to participate, they must enter by Jan. 31.
The promotion was announced the day before partypoker’s 18-day “Pokerfest: Micro Turbo Edition” was set to begin and a week after the NBA's Philadelphia 76ers and NHL's New Jersey Devils announced a groundbreaking partnership with partypoker.com.
