It was a value-packed weekend for New Jersey poker players, as there was significant overlay in every major tournament on regulated online poker sites in the state.
Joshua "BruceLeroy" Baer was this week's biggest winner in the Garden State, as he outlasted the 162-player field in the WSOP.com/888poker NJ Sunday $40,000 Guarantee to win $10,800. The runner-up in this tournament was "DamnFlopLag," who banked $6,300 for his efforts.
Sean "SmellsLikeIrish" Martin also had a day to remember, winning a cool $10,000 after finishing on top of the 215-player field in the partypoker NJ/BorgataPoker.com $50,000 Guarantee. Daniel "leinad" Buzgon was the runner-up in this tournament, winning $6,585.
Meanwhile, on 888poker NJ, it was Sean "im_that_guy" Sisco beating out the 37-player field in the Big Sunday to win $3,500 with "hop0019" finishing in second place in this tournament for $2,200.
