WPT Strikes Partnership with Aurae to Offer Solid Gold MasterCard to Winners
In this day and age it's not easy to attract lucrative sponsors, but between Monster Headphones and Hublot, the World Poker Tour (WPT) has done a great job. On Thursday, the WPT announced an exclusive partnership with Aurae, creators and designers of the Aurae 14k Solid Gold MasterCard and the Aurae Lifestyle Membership Program, which will see the winners of the WPT National China, WPT Five Diamond World Poker Classic, and WPT Alpha8 Las Vegas receive solid gold cards loaded with $10,000.
Not only that, the winners will be enrolled in the Aurae's global elite lifestyle management and white glove concierge program — which launched in 2015 — for an entire year. That means they will have access to Aurae Relationship Managers – who have access to more than 50,000 events and can assist in booking private travel, special dining services, and personal shopping experiences — 24 hours a day in more than 115 countries around the globe. The winners’ names will be engraved on the cards to create a lasting legacy of their achievement.
The partnership will be officially introduced on October 27 at a special party during the WPT National China kickoff at MGM Grand Sanya, with a North American celebration planned for Monday, December 14 during Day 1a of the WPT Five Diamond World Poker Classic at Bellagio.
