Doyle Brunson's Super System II

The first Super System book is perhaps one of the best known and best loved poker books around, even today amidst the masses and masses of poker strategy and theory pieces on offer. So, when Doyle Brunson announced Super System II was on the way, many questioned his motives behind such a book. After the first book, Brunson was heard to say he wished he never wrote it, claiming he'd have to adopt a different approach in future as his book gave readers too much insight into his game... or perhaps this was just clever marketing by the famous Texan?

Super System II is a much needed update on the regular Super System. Brunson goes into detail about the modern game and in particular, internet poker. There are also excellent sections by Mike Caro and Jennifer Harman on Limit Hold 'Em as well as other greats of the game. This is an excellent choice if you've never read Super System one or are looking for a more up to date reference from 'Texas Dolly'.
